Having served the Bay Area for over 23 years, Jennifer has been passionate about conserving resources and connecting with community organizations. In doing so, she co- founded Greener Source, an eco-friendly decommissioning sister company to Better Source, that handles a business’ entire liquidation process and provides charities and nonprofits with zero-cost office furniture.

It is through her role as CEO Of Greener Source that she is able to extend the life of high quality office furniture, that would otherwise contribute to landfill waste, and increase resources for philanthropic organizations.

Truly understanding and adapting within the furniture industry has allowed Jen to actualize and grow two successful businesses that support company transitions and promote standardizing local outreach.

As Co-owner and President of Better Source, Darryl oversees Sales Operations and Used Inventory buying throughout the Bay Area and Northern California. His 23 years of industry experience began by delivering and installing fixtures for a global furniture dealer, where he later became Director of Operations, leading a large labor and warehouse crew. Shortly thereafter, Darryl briefly ran the Moving Department at an interior office solutions.

As Program Manager, Mike is the first point of contact for clients. He is responsible for overseeing decommissioning projects start to finish, from initiating conversation, providing tailored quotes, coordinating with partner vendors and submitting final reporting. Mike started as a General Warehouse Laborer for a startup import dealership where he honed his skills in operations, from unloading overseas containers to pulling product and managing inventory.

Victoria opens the line of communication between clients, customers, and businesses to get projects done. With 10 years in both public and private sectors, Victoria has experience in team building, professional development, strategic implementation, and company collaboration. Victoria has managed projects at some of the largest tech companies, hospitals, and defense contractors in the country. She is currently studying for the PMP® certification.

As part of the Greener Source team, Valérie specializes in expanding and building relationships with nonprofits, ultimately diverting furniture from landfill. Valérie is an experienced Project Manager with a unique combination of skillsets and has worked with a variety of organization types. Recipient of numerous awards and educational accolades, trilingual, and a strong background in communication and management, Valérie brings dimensional.

Jose is a responsible specialist focusing on producing the website with accurate inventory. He specializes in inventory management systems and has quickly learned the furniture industry. He previously spent 10 years in the Marine Corps and Army as a Staff Sergeant.
